Holly Robichaux is Financial Freedom Processing’s Director of Negotiations and has 3 years of experience at FFP. Prior to serving as FFP’s Director of Negotiations, Holly served as a Client Services Representative and a Senior Negotiator. She holds the company records for the lowest monthly settlement average and the record for the most monthly settlements achieved. Holly is a Certified Debt Arbitrator and serves on the USOBA Creditor Relations Committee. Eriq Stern Vicki Speck Vicki Speck, Financial Freedom Processing’s Director of Risk Management, has 30 plus years experience in the financial industry and an educational background in computer programming. In addition, she is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and possesses a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification. She is also OSHA certified, which allows her to oversee requirements for workplace safety and reporting accidents.
